Payment is only required once you have approved and accepted the completed website.
After numerous drafts and consultations, if you are not happy with our product then you will not be charged and all work will be destroyed.
The overall quality of our work is largely dependant on the quality and nature of the information you provide for inclusion. We will do our best to help you with this, but nobody knows your business and audience better than you!
Once approved, payment is required within one month.
Your annual renewal charge for hosting is due on the anniversary of your website completion.
Failing to pay your hosting charge will eventually result in your website being removed from the internet.
We will send email reminders when your annual hosting charge is due.
A reconnection of your website due to no payment will incur an administration charge of £10.
Although every effort will be made to submit your website to all major search engines, ranking and placement cannot be guaranteed by ourselves or any design company.
If required, we reserve the right to increase our hosting charges with three months advance notice given.
Website updates fair usage policy
We will make unlimited updates to your website content free of charge, subject to fair usage.
Typically this might involve occasional changes to information such as opening times, names, telephone numbers, prices, general text, replacing an image etc.
If updates became more than a monthly event we would consider this excessive and unfair.
Restructuring or any new design work is not included, this would be considered a 'major edit'.
If you are unsure if your requirements meet our fair usage policy then please do not hesitate to ask.
Updates must be submitted by email and aim to be completed within one week, but usually sooner.
